Forklift Tyres

Solid Tyres can be used in many different industries. They come in different qualities for your choice. Some are designed for Short Time usage per day. Standard for usage per shift, and some solid tyres are designed for 2 and/or 3 shifts per day.  All of them come with “J” line which is the mark on the tyre to indicate end of its life time, not indicated by the Lug either is there or not.

The same type of tyres, used on the same truck, in different environments, will have different life times.

The same type of tyres, used on the same truck, in the same number of working hours, but different in the number of working days, will have different life times.

The same type of tyres, on the same truck, in the same working environment and the same working hours and days, will have different life times if the truck were controlled by different operators who may have different ways of control, including different driving speeds.

Heat and Types of Forklift Attachment, as well as the frequency of turning are also the key factors that may affect the Life Time of the Tyres.

Some industries might need Non Mark Tyres and some might require heat resistant, oil resistant or anti-static tyres.  Cost per piece of the Solid Tyre cannot be used to judge whether it is reasonable or not. Cost should be judged by comparing the Cost per Hour.

Most of the tyres come with 3 layers for increased driving comfort and reduced equipment maintenance.
